Paula Baker – Managing Director

Paula began her career in hospitality management in London. Her experience included responsibility for recruitment, training and general human resource management for a number of restaurants and bars. In 2001 Paula immigrated to New Zealand to start a new life in Aotearoa (the Land of the Long White Cloud)

 

Paula was keen to add more depth to her human resource and recruitment experience gained in the UK. She joined a global recruitment company in Auckland and developed a successful career – initially in office support, but predominantly executive recruitment.

 

Paula relocated to Tauranga to take advantage of the lifestyle opportunities the area has to offer. She is an active member of the Human Resource and Business Community, and currently sits on the HRINZ Branch Committee and Board of the YMCA. Paula is passionate about helping businesses thrive through quality people.
